Medic First Aid course for scuba divers

As a SDI and TDI Professional Development Center, we are able to provide unequalled training for the diver or dive professional.

MEDIC FIRST AIDŽ

Medic First Aid Why MEDIC FIRST AIDŽ (MFA)?

MFA gives you the basic tools you need to perform CPR and first aid. Whether you're a diver or a non-diver, MFA prepares you to properly handle potentially life-threatening situations.

What do I need to start?

  • No dive certification required
  • No minimum age limit

What will I do?

MFA is a medically based, hands-on course that covers basic training in:

  • cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
  • emergency care
  • primary and secondary care

How long will it take?

  • A minimum of eight hours

What will I need?

  • MFA Visual Workbook
  • MFA Medical Emergency Manual
  • MFA Barrier Kit (Includes Mouth Barrier and Rubber Gloves)
  • Home Emergency Medical Plan

Where can I go from here?

If you're already certified as a  Advanced Open Water diver, this satisfies your  Rescue Diver CPR prerequisite.
